It is recommended that you schedule your appointment 24-48 hours before your event. The full appointment takes about 20 minutes which includes a quick consultation and application of your spray tan. It is recommended to block 30 minutes on your schedule.
For best results, shave and exfoliate at least 24 hours before with an oil-free product and come to your appointment showered without wearing and deodorant, lotion, or perfume. Products can leave residue/barrier on your skin which can affect the result of your spray tan.
It is recommended to get all your appointments done before your spray tan. This includes mani/pedi, lashes, hair, and waxing (wax at least 24 hours before). You do not want your skin coming into contact with any water and avoid all products while your color is developing.
It takes 10-12 hours for color to fully develop. It is important to avoid any activities or products during setting times. For example, you want to avoid sweating, exercising, washing hands, makeup, and lotion.
Yes! Not a problem as the color doesn’t continue to develop after the 12-hour setting time. It is recommended that you sleep in loose dark clothing. Long-sleeved shirt and pajama pants. If you have any transfer of the bronzer on your bedding or clothing, it won’t stain and will easily wash out.
Don’t worry about looking orange. Our spray tans are always customized to your skin type, undertone, and the look you want to achieve. Using the correct DHA % for your skin type results in a healthy and natural sun-kissed glow each time.
It is recommended you wear or bring dark, loose comfortable clothing and a pair of flip-flops to wear home. You want to avoid tight clothing while your spray tan is developing and remember to bring an umbrella if it is raining the day of your appointment.
It’s totally up to you and your comfort level. You decide what’s coming off and what’s not. *Anyone under 18 years old and men are required to wear bottoms. If under 18 and the guardian will not be attending, a signed waiver is required before the appointment.
You shower after your spray tan has developed into full color. The technician will provide you with a setting time. Your first shower is a quick easy rinse with warm water (avoid hot) to remove bronzer/color guide. After your first shower, you can resume using all your products.
Your spray tan will last between 7-10 days. Sometimes closer to 2 weeks depending on how you care for your skin. Moisturize, Moisturize, and Moisturize at least twice daily to extend color and allow to fade evenly. Try to avoid shaving, don’t use a loofah, and always pat dry with your towel while you have your spray tan. Pools, hot tubs, and saltwater can all fade your spray tan faster. Remember to Moisturize Daily!

Spray Tanning is Endorsed by the Skin Cancer Organization, The American Cancer Society, The American Medical Association, and The American Academy of Dermatology. The FDA has tested and approved DHA for use on the skin.
